Enabling or disabling efficiency policies
You can either enable or disable an efficiency policy, as required.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) and click Policies > Efficiency Policies.
4.
Select one or more efficiency policies which you want to enable or disable.
5.
Click either Enable or Disable, as appropriate.
6.
If you are disabling an efficiency policy, select the confirmation check box and click OK.
